Guildford Counselling Resource Centre Counselling and Psychotherapy in Guildford

Counselling and Psychotherapy in Guildford, Surrey

Therapeutic counselling is a form of in depth counselling where the approach is relational and the focus of the work is the client's personal development, with particular attention to the context of the client's life situation.

Established in 1987, Guildford Counselling Resource Centre is located in Guildford, Surrey, near to Woking, Godalming, Aldershot, Cranleigh and Farnham. We offer a private space, in central Guildford, where you and one of our therapists can discuss - in confidence - any issue that is causing you concern or restricting your ability to enjoy life.

Our counsellors/psychotherapists are all highly trained, experienced professionals. Therefore, we are able to offer a wide and diverse range of counselling approaches - including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic and attachment approaches and emotional freedom technique - that can be adapted to meet your specific needs. We work with adults and adolescents from 14 years upwards with sessions between 9am-10pm, Monday - Friday and between 9am-2pm on Saturday. Languages spoken are fluent Italian and Bulgarian. Guildford Counselling Resource Centre was nominated for the BBC Radio 4 All In The Mind Mental Health Award 2014.
